"I called Sierra Wildlife Control for assistance in handling a family of squirrels that had moved into the attic of my house. Erik answered my calls and walked me through the entire process of what they have to offer. He was professional and kind over the phone and answered all of my questions with ease. He preformed a preliminary inspection of the house (at no charge) and then provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also walked me around the property and pointed out each item on the estimate which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. This reassured me that he was truly here to help. We scheduled the work and he was able to quickly come back and seal up holes in the eaves and install a one-way door for the squirrels. We scheduled a final follow-up where he once again walked around the property to ensure that the work he did was still effective and to remove the one-way door and seal up the final exit. Only after this final walkthrough did he allow me to pay him for his work, saying that he only accepts payment when he knows that the work was done well. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and expertly and Erik was a pleasure to work with. I highly, highly recommend this business for anyone looking to solve pest problems!"
