Hello!

I am a professional Christian girl looking for a roommate. Rent is $450/month (Includes utilities, electric and heat).
Location is two blocks from lake Calhoun in uptown Minneapolis. Grocery stores and a lot of entertainment places surround us.

It is a basement unit with two bedrooms, living room, one bathroom and an eat in kitchen. The unit has recently been updated.

Lease is until the end of August with the possibility of renewing.

I am looking to rent out a room to another Christian female (20's or 30's). My townhouse is in Maple Grove. Great city - gorgeous house. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room and downstairs is the dining, living room, kitchen, and patio with a scenic view and corner lot. Rent is $425 per month plus utilities. Nice location: close to grocery stores, transportation, fitness centers, coffee shops, Maple Grove shopping center, just minutes away from Weaver Lake and Rice Lake parks, right off of Hwy 94.
