diclemente hochstaedt thank you for the criticism but for the three years you were with the company you have not yet complained about the cleaning, yes an issue happened with one of my employees with your stove and microwave. Since then that employee has been fired and you have informed me you would change the microwave and ask nothing from me. But with the stove, I ask you to buy it and send the bill to me. But you told me no and sent me the website with the item that was needed to be replaced. I purchased this product and I sent to you the day I went there to clean your home, which you have not till this day payed. I left there a new part the same exact one. It cannot be bent since its brand new. Your husband was placing the part because you refuse to have a professional installment. If something went wrong and was damaged you can not put fault on my company or I, as I did my half. And I can not give you a company receipt because it's not a normal receipt as you asked to get a hold of. My company is a responsible and professional company and we will take fault at our mistakes. But as I'm aware in the three years of cleaning you were always able to switch cleaning companies but stuck with us. Thank you for your review have a nice day.
