🤒 Illness & Rescheduling

If anyone in your household is sick and you need to reschedule your cleaning, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I completely understand that illness happens, and I’m always willing to be as accommodating as my schedule allows. However, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate the need to reschedule.

Please understand that simply skipping a scheduled cleaning is not feasible for my small business. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and missed cleanings directly impact my schedule and income.

📅 Scheduling & Communication

If I reach out with available dates or times, please respond within 24 hours.

I often have multiple clients waiting for scheduling options, and timely responses allow me to accommodate everyone fairly.

If I don’t hear back within 24 hours, I may need to offer those available times to another client.
