Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority(RUSA), was founded in 1983 to meet the sanitary sewer needs of the growing community of Roseburg and the surrounding area.

It is the mission of RUSA to provide the highest quality sewer service, protecting our customers and our environment while preparing for the future in a cost-effective manner.

The battery for our solar panels is now installed! The solar panels at the office are projected to make all the power we use over the course of a year. The 186 kW battery will provide atleast 4 hours of power in the case of a power outage. So far this year, we have alredy produced 17.208 MWh! ☀
