Without the bad we don’t know how best to improve and make sure you get the best Customer service available when you visit.

School starts next week, sports are starting back up, and HomeComing is around the corner.
We just want to jump onto this group page and would like all of our members to share please?

We Do Not allow Confetti, Sliced Cheese, Tissue Paper, silly string, covered in eggs, etc through our Auto Washes.

Please, if someone decides to decorate for the dance or decides to vandalize your vehicle with garbage wash it off in the Self Service bays. Please do the kind thing and try to place all the garbage that would clog our pumps into the garbage cans in front of the bays?

If this becomes a problem then we will have no choice to close our Auto Washes at night again and that would be unfortunate to those who work night shifts and could get a quick wash.

Thank You and have a great last Sunday before school starts.

Staying back from the Auto Pay stations are a perfect way to show us attendants ( at Echo and Mud Flats )that you would like to be assisted and your front end scrubbed.
We try to help everyone but there are times we miss the opportunity if we are cleaning bays, assisting others, taking out trash, or taking a restroom break.
Please be patient with us and we would Love to be of help for you.

My favorite part about working a long day at Mud Flats are the people who visit me every Tuesday.
The people who make sure to wave when they drive by.
I couldn’t ask for better people to chat with, assist, and get to see throughout my day.
Thank you Roosevelt, for reminding me every week exactly why I asked to have a full day/every Tuesday to hang out with you.
