Dropping in just to note our summer is booked!!! We’ve been busy with our regular clients- commercial and residential, as well as rental moveouts & Air B&Bs. Thankful for our repeat clients that contact us even multiple years in a row as well as the ones that are spaced out 3 years! Y’all are the BEST. ❤️

We are currently not able to accept any new residentials clients. As always, should this change, I will post here. 🤗

Thanks for following along… it’s hard work, but the satisfaction of the afters are usually always worth it.

Snow and salt making your floors look less than clean?!?!

Forgot to share from a gig at the end of August. If you look closely you can see the cigarette smoke and ni****ne being cleaned from the ceiling, cabinets, walls, etc.. I forgot to take a “before” picture of the ceiling, so I did a “during” photo after the first few swipes.

🤗 I’ve added a new question to ask when booking site unseen for a real estate agent. 🤗

🧼May, June, & July have been record months!🧼

Had an additional 3 rental clean outs this week. 🤗 Put in a total of 18.5 cleaning hours into this addition to get them ready for new tenants quickly!!! This is a repeat client who called us two months ahead of time. We appreciate them trusting us again. 🧹

We also had an Air B&B, 2 residential, 6 businesses and the 4th of July holiday!

Recent Air B&B turnover. 🤗 This house usually takes me 2.5-4 hours max to turn, on average- 3 hours.

This time- right at 6 hours! I did catch a beautiful sunset though!! I’ll never understand some things about human behavior. 🤷🏻‍♀️
