Our vision is to be the premier cleaning and restoration company in the world. Our purpose is to help SERVPRO Franchises succeed, and our mission is to develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.
Founded in 1967, the SERVPRO Franchise System is a leader of fire, water, mold, and other specialty cleanup and restoration services. Our professional services network of more than 1,700 Franchises has responded to property damage emergencies ranging from multi-million-dollar large losses to those suffered by individual businesses and homes. Providing coverage in the United States and Canada, SERVPRO Franchise Professionals have established relationships with major insurance companies, commercial customers, and individual homeowners.
In 1988, we moved our corporate headquarters from Sacramento, California to Gallatin, Tennessee. Our new location placed us within 600 miles of 50 percent of the U.S. population and more SERVPRO Franchises. In April 2005, we moved to a new, 140,000-square-foot facility in Gallatin. The state-of-the-art building houses our training facility, the Call Center, and much more to meet the increasing growth of the Franchise System.
Our network in the United States and Canada includes scalable resources to respond to large-scale restoration projects quickly. Our Rapid Response and Large Loss Teams are strategically positioned throughout both countries and have helped many organizations and businesses resume operations following some of the countries’ most significant disasters, such as hurricanes Katrina and Harvey.
