The Opportunity:
We are launching a high-growth initiative and seeking 10 ambitious Sales Professionals. This is a performance-first role designed for closers who want to earn significant capital immediately and transition into leadership.
The Financials:
The 90-Day Trial (1099): Aggressive commission structure with top earnings estimated at $80,000 for high-performers within the first 3 months.
The Career Path: This isn't just a revolving door sales role. At the end of the 90-day trial, top-performing reps will be eligible for a Full-Time Salaried Management Position.
The Salary: Base salary for management roles will be determined based on your 90-day track record and professional qualifications.
The Role:
Drive revenue through [direct outreach/inbound leads/warm calling].
Operate with total autonomy—no micromanagement or "red tape."
Provide feedback directly to the founding team to optimize the sales process.
Who You Are:
You are a self-starter who doesn't need a "boss" to tell you to pick up the phone.
You prefer being paid for the value you create rather than the hours you sit at a desk.
You have the leadership potential to eventually hire and train your own team.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales (or the hunger to prove you belong in the top 1%).
Ability to work as an Independent Contractor (1099) during the 90-day launch phase.
Professionalism and the ability to represent a growing brand.
