Good morning and happy Thursday my friends 🤍🤍
I am here to clear up a few things that have changed in the last few months.
As you may know, I work alone on this project and recently went through a very tough time in my life. This resulted in a short but much needed, and somewhat accidental, social media hiatus. Moving forward I will also be responding to messages through my Whatsapp messenger (https://wa.me/message/ILMJF7B4GV6VL1) as well as Facebook to prevent any further miscommunication or unannounced technical difficulties. I will also leave my personal contact information with clients after my visit for further communication.
While I was away from Facebook I also had issues accessing my messenger due to password and software issues, but those issues have been resolved. I am taking precautions to prevent these issues in the future with the additional contact methods I have provided PLEASE use them to your advantage 🙏🏻
Also, there has been a change of rates. As you know the economy has changed in the last few months. With that being said my previous rates are no longer viable, and my services have changed.
•Previously, I charged a rate of $15/hr on average for my deep cleaning service, moving forward I am no longer able to charge by the hour but by room and service.
•I will no longer add additional services to the singular deep cleaning service. I will be charging an extra fee for other requested services, including but not limited to, linens, laundry, dishes, floor polish, stainless steel and/or porcelain restoration, hard water buildup removal, grout cleaning, etc. ●Please request these services upon contact●.
•Included in the standard deep cleaning service is as follows, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, bed reset (excluding linen changes), soap scum removal, hard water stain removal and prevention, standard pick-ups, trash removal, mopping, and, as always, the finishing touches of sanitization/disinfection.
NOW FOR THE EXCITING NEWS
• new optional services are as follows,
-🥳holiday/family reunion/party cleaning🥳and table setting to insure that your guests are absolutely WOWed by attention to detail. For high volume holidays THIS WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE with individualized service lists for each occasion.
-✨️pre or post vacation packages✨️to take the weight of the need to clean when you are preparing or recovering from your well deserved relaxation.
-💌the new mom package💌! Once you deliver or are scheduled to deliver your bundle of joy it can seem daunting to recover while also maintaining the home and daily chores. This will be a reduced rate deep cleaning service based on a weekly, biweekly, or single scheduled visit.
❗️❗️Each new client scheduling will require a $50 nonrefundable scheduling fee for the first visit.❗️❗️this gives you and me the opportunity to communicate about what you desire in regards to fragrances or products used during your services!
