Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, AMR is a minority-owned and operated small business founded by Raul Ayala. AMR is a certified MBE business.
As part of our commitment to the well-being of our community, ten years ago AMR began incorporating environmentally-friendly cleaning practices into at all our work sites. Since then we’ve continued to update our green cleaning program to ensure that we are incorporating the industry’s best-practices and new technologies.
AMR’s goal is to save our clients’ money without sacrificing service or quality. We achieve our goal by identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies, negotiating excellent contracts with our suppliers, and hiring and retaining employees with strong work ethics who share our commitment to customer service.
In addition, AMR is committed to the well-being of our staff and many of our employees stay with the company for years, building skills, knowledge, and strong relationships with customers. Having long-term employees helps us ensure that work is done to AMR’s high standards. Employees are well-trained, and that ensures that teams function well together.
