Starting another pool in Portland TX with Texas Pools & Patios -Coastal Bend . It took 7 weeks 2 notaries ; one county filing to get a permit for a cement pond . In 51 years and 20 of those in Florida very over regulated state on pools .This was the worst process / system to get a permit . But we battled through .

Started new project last Thursday in Austin !! We are being a subcontractor for 3 small fiberglass pools for Aqua King in Austin ; 3 new high end townhomes in South Austin . We are laying out ; digging ; backfill and plumbed equipment . Hope to be done this week !! Depending on weather and City of Austin inspections

Little slower this week but closed this one !! Staring next week . More progress on mighty mite ! And this one hit homeowner in decision just ; but all good ! Got a deal to dig set back fill ; plumb : three smaller fiberglass pools in east Austin . Pre sight next week .
