Role: Condominium Turnover Cleaner (Subcontractor)

Requirements: Proven commercial cleaning experience, fast pace with high attention to detail, and ability to follow precise instructions.

Logistics: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for transportation between units.

Expectations: Punctuality, efficiency, and a strong commitment to high-quality standards under tight turnover deadlines.
