Ciara is an inspiring Electrical apprentice whom transition to help as a stay at home nanny for a small family, but time has come to start back pursuing her own small company. Who works with local families and family ran business in the Central Florida and Northwest Georgia area providing consistent quality cleaning services. In hopes that, in the futures to grow new offers to the community. For example landscaping, small remodels and home finishing's, electrical services, etc.
Ciara knows that the results of her work speaks for its self, to always have timely, professional services. To provided flexible and adjustable hours suitable for anyone's busy schedule. Ciara and her team have serviced the Osceola county, FL and Paulding county, GA for a short period of time participating in vacation rental homes and condos. We are opened to these properties but would like to help more of the Residential, everyday type consumers. Our service's are guaranteed to have the best customer service, attentive to detail, trustworthy, skilled in daily cleaning and deep cleaning, seeking to provide excellent service. Ciara, her self, is skilled in wide range spectrum of accurately taking customer orders, safely handle food and communication, prioritizing or provide exceptional customer service-to-physical strength and endurance, hand-eye coordination, building knowledge, strong reading and math skills, memory, experience with technology, willingness to learn. OFFERS/OPTIONS OF SERVICE
Consistent attendance- tidying up daily/making an appearance once a day, in the morning or evening, any 5 days out of the week. This options price rating is based off the square footage of the house at a $0.50 monthly rate price.
This includes: our team making your life easier with a once a day visit at your request, to maintain your living spaces
General tidying up of the rooms. This includes putting away toys, decluttering and light organizing.
Sweeping, Vacuuming.
Washing dishes.
Feeding pets.
Cleaning bathrooms.
Removing any trash
Once a week appearance- major cleaning sessions, scheduled day and time that will be on a weekly cycle until told otherwise. This options price rating is $10.00 per hour.
This includes:
Light cleaning in the living areas, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all room.
Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths.
Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors.
Washing and drying dishes and putting them away.
Changing bed linens and making the beds.
Washing and folding one load of clothes. If more was desire price would increase.
Cleaning interior windows.
Removing garbage and recyclingRestocking personal items such as toilet paper, tissues, etc.General tidying up of the rooms. This includes putting away toys, decluttering and light organizing.
Keeping track of cleaning supplies and letting you know when they are low and need to be replaced.
A one time flat rate- One time deep clean services (all rates vary may increase or decrease) average scale-free estimates

2 bed-1bath: $85
2bed-2bath: $95
3bed-1/2bath:$100
4bed-2/3bath:$125-150
This includes:
Ceiling fan blades (washed)
Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)
Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or washed) Mini-Blinds (dusted and washed )
Moldings, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)
Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
Lamp and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped)
Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed
All Cabinet fronts cleaned
All doors (washed)
Light switch plates (washed)
Countertops and backsplashes (washed)
Mirrors (Windexed all the way to top*)
Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
Wastebaskets (emptied / washed/relined)
Beds made (includes master and any additional beds)
Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped includes closets)
Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)
