POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting customers in a retail store environment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diploma preferred. Previous retail and/or pool supply experience preferred, however, we will train if the applicant has no experience. Excellent customer service skills required. A friendly, helpful and positive attitude is also required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Perform water balance testing, as needed, for customers
Demonstrate and educate customers on features and benefits of products and equipment
Help customers with general purchases, carrying purchases to the car
Ensure store is clean at all times; straighten shelves, dust shelves, keep furniture, displays and counter area clean
Stock Shelves
Fill chlorine jugs as necessary
Report stock/supply shortages
May perform minor repairs
Answer phones
Other duties, as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The position requires constant interaction with customers, conversing, walking, bending and lifting. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:

Tech is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools of customers who have a contract for a specific period of time.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

This job requires high standards relating to the work performed and the image represented. Job success is determined by customer satisfaction, and good customer relations. Pool service technicians must be courteous, able to communicate politely and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner. The associate must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, as long as it is safe. Technician must be reliable and able to work independently. Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida, with a clean driving record. Must comply strictly with all road signs, driving rules and regulations, and be noted for safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools.
Completely review paperwork and records.
Monitor and control individual inventory.
Maintain pool maintenance route.
Operate different filter systems and operations.
Follow proper pool maintenance procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

This position requires the associate to be 21 years of age or older (Insurance Requirement), have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
