Hello all, it’s Aaron from Master Clean. Shutting down hasn’t been easy. Here’s a few images of the process. It’s been a challenge.

There’s been so many messages, both on my phone or the shop’s, in person interactions, whether in public or people still coming to the shop and more. Everyone asks who I recommend for all the services since retiring.

Stay tuned, I believe I may have found a successor. If so I’ll be posting the contact info here and I’ll doing the on the job training over the winter. I do want to move on but always hoped I could transfer 35 years experience to a younger generation. That and telling them what I should have done and hope they listen 🙄.

It’s been fun so far to watch my sons schoolmates/friends (now close to 30) build networks with each other for help and assistance in each of their own fields and grow as we all did. Seems I may get to guide and observe that. Also their own skill sets could lead to an interesting combination of services in one call. Soon as it’s finalized I’ll post who to call. Thank you all again for your years of patronage and hoping to see you once or twice again.

I want to take this time to let Aaron Dinsmore know that you were an awesome boss. The last seven plus years I couldn't have asked for a better boss. I will miss our daily conversations even though sometimes you wanted to kill me cuz I would just keep asking you questions when we've already it's in a million of them. Or you were walking out the door. Remember whenever you're walking out the door Robin might have another question lol. I will miss Master Clean more than I really thought I would.

Happy 4th of July everyone. After decades of being employed by, part owner of, and then running the day to day operations of Master Clean, I have suspended operations of the company over the past 90 days. We stopped service June 30th. There is some interest in taking it over but nothing concrete. I genuinely hope so because there are very limited options locally that still offer the services we were. It’s been an emotional last few weeks. Grateful for all the hugs and heart felt sentiments. Some of you I’ve worked for over 3 Generations of your families . Helped as many of you as I could in good times and bad 🤔😊. Been there for everything from touching up before a wedding to folks moving out of their first apartment. I’ve helped prepare for first child and done pre closing cleans on the starter homes as families grew to need bigger space. There’s been pet accidents, teen accidents, husband accidents the stories are endless but that’s what the job was. Even been there for the dark side of the industry if you ever wondered what happens after the news. 35 years is a long time and I’m looking to begin the next adventure. In the interim we are monitoring the messages and are at the shop as necessary. Thank you all for your business and friendship. I know many of you like family. Hoping I can influence a prospective successor to take over and not only continue that relationship but improve upon it. Thank you all.

Thank you for all the views and inquiries. I just need to put this out there to temper your expectations. I’ve been with Master Clean over 30 years . I’ve seen a lot and we’ve survived a lot most recently Covid shutdowns. We had no breaks during the pandemic. If anything demands increased. Currently I run the day to day operations of the company as my business partner is retiring. Many of my competitors have shut down aspects of their operations. It is in my nature to want to help you. That said I am one man with 5 key employees. We have contract work that carries us through the winters. That means limited opportunities to take on new jobs. I can help you with your projects often much sooner than others. None of us can get help in the current labor economy. Please feel free to reach out with your needs and we will do everything we can to accomplish them in a timely manner. That said we are human and need the same time and considerations you do. We have families, obligations, personal projects etc. same as you. The same goes for our local restaurants, services, hotels, and more. Please be considerate of that fact. Yelling at us because we’re two weeks out when everyone else said months does not make us want to drop everything to help. Trying times I know and I sympathize. You get more from folks with sugar than vinegar. Hang in there.
