I took on an Oriental with major cat urine issues.
I had to "flush the toilet" with about 4 flushes of spraying it down with just cold water.
The client had already attempted many procedures to try to rid it herself. Causing dye loss from the wool, and I lost color from the fringe during the flushing.
Due to my experience, i was able to flush all the cat urine out. Make the carpet smell like a new rug when sticking your nose to it, along with repaired any dye issues.
This is a huge process, and not any carpet cleaner can accomplish along with not a cheap project as time and cost of chemistry is huge.
But yes! If you have a favorite rug with pet issues, I'd be glad to help.
