Client brought in an Oriental with pet contamination along with lots of color bleeding that also had bleed into the fringe.

After doing a compete de-cotamination cleaning and dye stripping of the rug. I had to completely remove the gray colored fringe that the rug was originally.

After them becoming bright white, I offered them to keep the white fringe or dye it back to the gray. But then offered to dye it the color of the tan in the rug. They agreed and here's the final results.

So a client brought in an oriental rug with a major dog p*e smell, and l found Fidos favorite corner to do potty! Along with some color that had bleed.

I was able to flush out all the urine, along with the dyes that were released from the urine issues.

I was able to remove all the odor along with correct all the dyes issues.

We Just cleaned this Oriental for these client.

We were able to clean it with a low surface cleaner that kinda also acts like a fabric protector.

Then we tested the Ph, then the Ionic balance.
Then we applied a moth treatment along with a a Keratin Treatment.

Most clients or cleaners out there would have no clue of the difference.

So, what is a Keratin Treatment? It brings new life to severely dried-out antique rugs or those damaged by high pH cleaners, dye striping, urine or other contaminates. It also moisturizes and protects, improves hand and luster, while often bringing colors back to life along with extending the life of wool.

So, what is an ionic balance? Using an ORP meter we can see where the wool sits. 500 millivolts is perfect. 400 to 600 millivolts is very good. 1 to 399 millivolts means that the wool is too reduced and needs oxidation to balance out the wool and restore its disulfide bonds.

So, what is moth proofing? Your wool rugs are valuable. Moths love to hide in secret places to lay their eggs and eat at your wool. But we got you covered! This is a preventative to resists moths and not just a product that kils the months and then they come back.

Client bought these amazing rugs when visiting Maracco.
