OILS TO AID WITH CELLULITE
These can be mixed with a little bit of Almond, Jojoba, Grapeseed, Safflower or V-6 oil (V-6 is a bit heavier than the other options)
Juniper - relieves fluid retention, renowned for detoxifying and purifying capabilities, clears waste from mind and body
Rosemary - Helps relieve lymphatic congestion and fluid retention
Cypress - helps reduce fluid and treats varicose veins to is vaso-constricting effect
Geranium - alleviates tension and reduces fluid. Eliminates toxins by stimulating the lymphatic system
Lemon - stimulating for the circulatory system, dissolves cellulite, and a lymphatic system cleanser
Lavender - helps with stretch marks, helps with sleep issues which can be responsible for weight gain
Grapefruit - relieves oily and congested skin, has a toning effect on tissue and skin. a natural appetite suppressant and helps dissolve fat

A friend of mine posted this! Can't wait to give it a try!!

TOILET BOWL CLEANER

You’ll need:

- baking soda
- white vinegar
- disinfecting essential oil blend – Thieves, Purification, and Orange are some of my favorites

Directions:

Take 1 cup of baking soda and place it in a glass bowl.

Drop 50 drops of your essential oil blend into the baking soda. Remember, this is to be disinfecting your toilet bowl so it has to be STRONG… toilet bowls are nasty!

Use a wooden spoon or a pestle to blend the oils into the baking soda.

When all the oil clumps are broken up, put your blend in a glass jar to store.

To Use:

Put 2 TBSP of your mix into your toilet bowl water and give it a good scrub with a toilet brush. Next, pour in 4 TBSP of white vinegar. It will fizz and foam as the baking soda and vinegar react. Feel free to grab your toilet bowl cleaning wand and give the toilet an extra scrub or two for good measure.

How It Works:

The baking soda gives you a little bit extra abrasiveness that helps to scrub the gunk away.

The white vinegar is effective at killing 90% of mold and 99.9% of bacteria. Not too mention Thieves Cleaner on top of that.

The baking soda reacting with the vinegar produces a foaming reaction that can help to loosen dirt and grime.

So there you have it. 3 ingredients. Simple and uncomplicated. Oh yeah… and it cleans well.

Yup it's Monday!! Can't complain I'm thankful for the time I had off and the time spent with family. But with two trips east and two trips west, another trip to the Island; this momma feels like she needs a vacation after the vacation!!

I know I've mentioned how much I love my oils, but honestly I LOVE my oils. With a vacation full of travel and lots of germs. I am happy to say we came out of it healthy and happy!!

I truly believe I have these oils to thank for the health of my family but, in all honesty, being diligent with our oily routine is what has really made the difference!!
