Monoxivent and Crawford Company welcome Jon McCoy to the team! He joins Monoxivent as Sales Manager. Jon brings valuable industry experience from his time with Air Design in Southfield, Michigan—one of Monoxivent’s trusted manufacturer representatives. His background provides him with a strong understanding of our products, markets, and the needs of our representative network. In his new role, Jon will operate in a field-based capacity, actively engaging with and supporting our representatives across the country. Jon’s focus will be on strengthening relationships, driving sales growth, and enhancing overall channel performance. We’re excited to have Jon on the team and look forward to his contributions!

Monoxivent Reimagines Sales Leadership with a Dynamic Duo Approach!

After a period of transition and thoughtful evaluation, Monoxivent is pleased to announce a fresh and forward-looking approach to its national sales leadership. Rather than filling a single seat, Monoxivent is doubling down and introducing a dual National Sales Manager structure designed to better serve its growing customer base and representative network.

Leading this new chapter are Mitch Michaelis and Jon McCoy, two professionals who bring complementary strengths, shared energy, and a common commitment to customer success.

Mitch Michaelis, a valued member of the Monoxivent team for over two years, has already demonstrated a strong understanding of the company’s products, markets, and partners. Known for his responsiveness and steady leadership, Mitch provides continuity and deep institutional knowledge at a pivotal time.

Joining him is Jon McCoy, who has officially started today, April 13, 2026. Jon brings fresh perspective, new ideas, and a drive to build meaningful relationships across Monoxivent’s North American representative network.

“Sometimes the best way forward isn’t to replace what was—but to rethink what could be,” said Monoxivent Division Manager Jim Wischhusen. “By pairing Mitch’s experience with Jon’s fresh outlook, we’re creating a balanced, agile sales leadership team that’s built for the future.”

With two dedicated leaders, representatives and customers alike can expect enhanced support, faster communication, and expanded strategic focus across both Source Capture and FRP product lines.

Monoxivent's Mitch Michaelis and Nate Maynard were in Phoenix, AZ last week for the MPSW Annual Pig Roast and Customer Appreciation event. Mitch and Nate enjoyed the event and took the opportunity to network with engineers, contractors, and owners. The team promoted Monoxivent Source Capture Systems, FRP Solutions and Engineered Stacks.

Today, Susan is the Monoxivent Production Manager, but during her time with the company she has held a variety of roles that have shaped not only production workflow, but the culture of the entire organization. From her early days learning the ins and outs of the manufacturing processes to her steady rise through the ranks, Susan has always demonstrated a rare combination of knowledge, resourcefulness, and genuine care for the people around her.

As Production Manager, Susan has been the backbone of our operations. She has overseen countless projects, schedules, and challenges, some predictable, some not, but always with the same calm, steady presence that has earned her the trust of her team and the respect of those in the industry. Her ability to keep production running smoothly, even in the most demanding of moments, is a testament to her leadership and expertise.

What truly sets Susan apart is not just her skill, it’s her character. She brings integrity to every task, patience to every conversation, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Monoxivent was in Las Vegas, NV this week for the AHR Expo 2026, the world's largest HVACR marketplace. Monoxivent's team walked the expo to see the latest innovations in the HVACR market.

Monoxivent hosted a hospitality night as well! Reps and engineers gathered at Virgil's Real BBQ - Las Vegas. Everyone enjoyed a fun evening with delicious food and drinks. Thank you to all those that attended!

Throughout his 15 years, Jim has played a significant role in expanding and protecting market share in Monoxivent’s business segments. He is a respected national leader within the source capture and FRP products niche. Jim continually sets goals for his team and adapts to changing trends and environments. Under his leadership, as division manager, Jim has led Monoxivent to record sales and margins. Jim has implemented systems to streamline processes that have allowed his team to gain efficiency. He works directly with sales representatives and engineers to promote Monoxivent on a daily basis. Jim prides himself on being responsive to all internal and external requests.
