2 bedrooms $130
3 bedrooms $150
Prices will vary but will be discussed when we come to meet and view what you need done. If you don’t keep on top of household cleaning regularly and you feel like your home needs that extra bit of TLC, you may want ask us to carry out a deep clean, which is normally required every 2-3 months. A deep clean is a more thorough and specific job, expect to pay more than with regular cleaning, which tends to be every 1-2 weeks. If you need us more then once a week we can discuss further options and needs. A regular clean involves:
* Tidying the house/rooms
* Cleaning the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink)
* Cleaning the kitchen (wiping countertops, hobs, removing rubbish, microwave, trash)
* Vacuuming
* Dusting
* Floor care, hard flooring or carpeting
A deep clean involves:
* Carpet cleaning
* Fan cleaning
* Baseboards
* Walls
* Fridge
Things we do NOT do:
* Pet waste such as cage cleaning or litter boxes
* Oven cleaning
* Extra lists not previously discussed
* Laundry
* Windows
If you are looking for a move out or move in clean, please ask and be specific what your looking for. We offer a free consultation at your home to go over and plan what your looking for either weekly, biweekly or holiday cleaning, we are here to help you! If your particular about cleaning solutions or any cleaning needs we ask you to provide what you want used as we do not buy numerous brands. We use basic cleaning supplies and if we have the cleaner you are specific about, we will use our stock before we use yours because we have it on hand. If you do not want us to bring our vacuum in that’s fine, we ask you leave yours out for use. We will gladly mask and wear shoe covers if requested or we bring our shoes we wear for indoor use only. We do not frown on security cams, they are in just about every home and we respect your privacy and protection. Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash. Please note that as we get familiar with your home and cleaning routine the easier we get things done leaving extra time. This does not mean we are skipping or not cleaning as well as before, it means we have gotten to know your home and needs making it easier for us to accomplish our jobs in a timely manner or sometimes earlier. We are not there to accept packages, mail or other duties not specific to our job. We are not care takers or animal care. We ask you please crate or keep your pets controlled in another room off limits especially if they are anxious, have a fear of new people, vacuuming, etc. we don’t want your pets to stress and we want to be safe while working. We love our pets and want to keep yours safe and happy too! Cancellations, we ask to please notify us at least 24hrs before our appointment with you.
