So Klean Cleaning is looking for a new team member.
🧹POSITION: Residential House Cleaner

🧽HOURS & PAY: Part Time
(10-20) hrs./week (EVERY Wednesday is a MUST, and a day or two every week depending on weekly work load).

💵 Starting Pay up to $20/hr.- For the right person with experience in the field. (After 60 day probation period - contingent on performance & dependability.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
🚗You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Reliability is key. In order to earn a paycheck, you must make it to work.)

💚 You must love, enjoy, or simply just like to clean, and making someone's day better. You don’t even need professional experience! We provide on the job training, but enjoying helping out others take care of their household work is a must. ( I offer a 10 day working interview process, that you get paid to do, so that you can try it out before you actually commit to this type of job.)

🤗 You must have a positive attitude.
(Need not apply if you like complaining about having to work or come to work. There is no room for drama on our team.)

IN EXCHANGE, WE OFFER:

💪A flexible, dependable schedule:
This does not mean half a day once a week. This means you come to work in the morning and are done working between 12:30 pm and 3 pm depending on the work day, and still have time to run errands or make it to your appointments before having to go home. It also means that if you need every Tuesday off for one reason or another, you can have that day off! You only want to work 2 days a week, OK, that's fine we can work with that.

💲Weekly pay periods - Best part is that is it Direct Deposit!
I mean we work to bring home a paycheck, right? Why not get one every week? There's no waiting week either! Our work week is from Thursday through Wednesday. Your paycheck is in your bank on Monday.

âš’ On the job training. Structured Cleaning isn't the same as cleaning your house or your friends house, so we will help you learn how to get a good flow. We don't have the same shared interest in someone's house as they do. We are there to clean and leave so they can enjoy their So Klean house.
