customer: "should be a simple fix"

The 11.6 inch touchscreen in the Crosstrek Premium keeps the icons big and easy to hit, and Subaru was smart enough to keep physical buttons for volume and tuning.

Elliot runs through the climate controls, two-stage heated seats for both the driver and passenger, the power driver seat, and the moonroof.

Here is what most people do not realize about the Crosstrek:

👨🏫 you get almost the same front legroom as you do in an Outback

Add a back seat that comfortably takes two, a usable cargo area with the seats up, and 60/40 split folding rear seats, and this subcompact turns out to be a lot more versatile than it looks.

Elliot Norwood from Subaru of Rochester walks through the 2026 Crosstrek Premium in Sapphire Blue, built around the four things Subaru shoppers ask about most:

▪️safety
▪️symmetrical all-wheel drive
▪️visibility
▪️space

He covers the EyeSight camera system with adaptive cruise, pre-collision braking, lane keep assist and lane departure warning, the full LED headlights and fog lights, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, front legroom that nearly matches an Outback, 60/40 split folding rear seats, the 11.6 inch touchscreen that kept real physical k***s for volume and tuning, two-stage heated seats, the power driver seat and the moonroof.

He finishes out on the road showing how the Crosstrek actually rides.

You can research the stats online all day, but the Crosstrek is a vehicle you have to get behind the wheel of to understand.

10/07/2026

Short wheelbase, high ground clearance, and still lively, planted ride ride.

10/01/2026

How is the Crosstrek's visibility?

👌Excellent

Subaru always emphasizes practicality and usability, making sure the vehicles are easy to drive, safe, and user-friendly.
