Vitally important to use a contractor with good reviews, customer recommendations. Check their BBB page. Check those reviews!! Most contractors are good, don't let a bad one get you!

Just finished a Scrub and Recoat on this 17 year old hardwood floor. Client is getting ready to move so this gorgeous home will be on market soon. Super happy to help her get floors and carpets ready for the next blessed family to live here ☺️

Who doesn't appreciate air conditioning!?

Show your equipment some love and help it run efficiently with a simple inspection and cleaning of its intake filter.

These pics show a window unit, the intake filter we removed before and after we cleaned it.

If you aren't aware, a filter (basically a screen) is located inside the front cover. These filters clog easily because soils in the air build up on them as air is pulled thru them as the air conditioner runs. Imagine how much harder the unit has to work to pull air thru a dirty filter like this one.

Same idea with dehumidifiers.

All done, it's dry! Soooo, how'd we do?!

(This is a "Scrub and Recoat Service" - 4 coats quality floor finish after a scrub with degreaser and orbital machine. Our full "Strip and Wax Service" is 2 coats sealer and 4 coats wax. This particular floor had a solid base down after we scrubbed. We use only high quality floor finish. The quality of the finish determines how many coats you need to achieve a high shine and protection like you see here. Also it will hold up longer.
