This customer had severe root intrusion between the house trap and about 10’ out.
Another company came out and charged her $800 to jet the line and left 2 gigantic ball of roots and the customer backed up within a month. 
After digging down and exposing the 6” terra-cotta line, we were able to fish almost 40’ of 4” PVC through the existing 6” clay, which gave her a full sewer line replacement and avoided, digging up the rest of the yard, the sidewalk, the curb and going into the street which would’ve been upwards of 15K-18K.

Replaced a 40 Gallon Power Vent Water Heater with a New Navien 240 Tankless Water Heater.

Replaced a 22 year old boiler & a 14 year old leaking water heater with a Navien Tankless Combi system. 3 zones of heat & endless hot water.

We just don’t pull squirrels from drains… Our office provides isometric DWV drawings as well as Domestic water piping drawings. Saving you THOUSANDS from having an architect provide them!
ALL plumbers should be able to provide quality drawings as required by the township they are working in… However, MANY are not able to do so costing the end user $ by seeking drawings elsewhere. ✍🏼
