A common question we get asked is how we staff accounts. Do we use a solo cleaner, or teams, and how do we ensure someone’s always there?

Solo versus teams depends entirely on how long the cleanings take. We don’t like our cleaners to be cleaning longer than 6 hours a day due to the physical nature of cleaning.

We staff each account with a primary cleaner, or cleaners. They are responsible for cleaning on a recurring basis.

We assign a secondary cleaner to each account. They are responsible for pre planned coverage needs from primary, and first to be notified for callouts.

Flex cleaners are in place company wide and handle shifts when secondary isn’t available to pick them up.

We also use an in house scheduling system that is proprietary to FRBS. It keeps us accountable and help ensure we never miss.

When a team of our cleaners recently entered an office to clean, they found a refrigerator that had been left open, defrosting it and leaking water everywhere.

We promptly notified our client and removed the water found by mopping it up.

Typical touchpoint sanitation during our commercial cleaning includes light switches, door handles, and fixtures.

This is done by applying disinfectant either on a microfiber towel, then applying onto the surface, or applying the disinfectant onto the surface and wiping off after proper dwell time.

Disinfectant must remain on surfaces for the duration of the recommended dwell time to achieve full sanitation.
