Demo & Cleaning General laborer/technician (with Supervisor potential)
Fast-growing cleaning and restoration company has opportunities for several positions. This means your tasks will vary from day to day until we find your niche and promotions may come quickly. We are looking for someone to stay long term and learn new tasks. The potential to move up is extremely high and will be dependent on a clean driving record, willingness to learn with management potential.
Responsibilities
• Flooring, drywall, and cabinetry removal/demo
• Furniture and content moving and cleaning
• Ensure all contents and tools are returned to the proper place
• Follow Company safety guidelines
• Work under the supervision and direction of Foreman
Required Skills
• Restoration remediation experience a plus but not required
• Ability to follow directions
• General construction experience (not required, but preferred)
• Ability to focus on the task with minimal supervision
• Clean-cut appearance
• Your own reliable transportation to the office each day
• English is a must. Bilingual is a plus
• Authorized to work in the US with a SS number
• Clean criminal background & ability to pass a drug test
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and personal transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime/Weekends if needed
• Palm Beach, FL (Preferred)
• Ft. Myers
• Naples
