Ingredients
Ground beef: 1 pound (preferably 80/20 for flavor).
Bacon: 8 slices, cooked and crumbled.
Cheese: 1 cup shredded cheddar or a cheese blend.
Onion: 1 small, finely diced (optional).
Pickles: 1/4 cup finely chopped (optional).
