First, I wanted to reach out to apologize for neglecting this page this year. It has been quite the year for my family & honestly, it slipped between the cracks of my daily tasks. I will make a better attempt at keeping up with our social media in the future.

But I did want to take a moment to thank ALL of my former & current clients for all their support since I took my business full-time quite some time ago. Without you all, my business wouldn’t thrive & I am forever grateful for all of you!

To show my appreciation, I will be giving ALL of my current clients a 50% discount off their first recurring clean in December to thank them for their continued support. Former clients, one time service or new clients will receive 25% off their first service on my schedule. Excludes move-in/move-outs. I am available for walkthroughs for pricing starting 11/27/23. Former clients will need new walkthroughs depending on how long since their last service has been to get accurate pricing. Happy Saturday everyone! Hope you all are happy & healthy. Unfortunately C19 has made its way into my family & my daughter & I both have tested positive so we will be quarantining. I am feeling rather terrible so I will be offline for a while to recover.

Business will resume as normal once everything is worked through & I am no longer sick & contagious.

Thankfully all my recurring services will not be affected but I will not be able to conduct any new business at this time.

Due to the chosen families wishing to maintain their privacy, I will not share their private information but all three families that were nominated via messenger by their sweet neighbors have been contacted & preparing to schedule their clean🥰

As most of you probably read on our neighborhood group page, I will be offering my services to 3 families/households for FREE in honor of my dear childhood friend, Portia who recently passed on Dec. 20th. She was the most genuine & sweetest person I have ever known & she will be greatly missed❤️

Serious post:

THIS is why it is so important to hire someone who has a true knowledge of chemicals & how to use them. This post is not to shame this person who was apparently not informed on how to use cleaners properly & I have blocked our all information to protect their identity. I am sharing this more so as a warning for using certain products on things they were NOT intended for!

Since 2020, cleaning businesses have popped up EVERYWHERE! It’s a relatively easy business to start & a lot of people believe that since they clean great at home that it’ll be easy peasy cleaning someone else’s home. I will tell you first hand, this job is not for the faint of heart nor is it a walk in the park. Cleaning professionally every day all day long can be tough work & is hard on the body. Often times we are handling things that most people don’t want to deal with.

When hiring a new cleaner, please remember that not everyone knows how to clean properly or professionally. You truly get what you pay for. So yes, the “cheaper” quote sounds great but please get multiple quotes & really get a feel of the person during your walkthrough. You are going to be trusting this person in your most delicate & comforting place. Your home! Be sure to be diligent in selecting the professional that fits best with you & your family. Of course having your home cleaned professionally is a luxury & it’s completely understandable that some cleaners may not be a good fit for everyone or their budgets. Shop around until you find the best fit that you feel like you can trust within your home😊

There are always new cleaning videos popping up about “new ways” to clean things. I can’t tell you the amount of posts I’ve seen in “professional cleaner groups” here on Fb showing pictures of things they’ve ruined in their clients homes by using the wrong cleaner or scrubber🤦🏻‍♀️ Damage can happen so quickly & it is important to understand chemicals as well as what NOT to mix. Some things can be out of your control but using oven cleaner on a microwave to remove grease from the bottom is NOT one of them.

As I have received many requests to start sharing more on my page as well as tips to help others, into the new year I will make a better attempt share more helpful information! I am a solo cleaner & Homeschool mom so I do slack on my social media so I apologize!

Tip: Toilet bowl cleaner is for toilets only! Sure, it may work on your grout BUT unfortunately it will end up eating away at your grout overtime & cost you a lot more money in the long run versus just using the appropriate cleaner or hiring a professional the first time. Also, once you have used something abrasive or acidic on your grout/tile, you will need to use a PH Neutral cleaner.

I finally got to see pictures from one of the move-out cleans I did a few months back 😍 I really wish I would have gotten before pictures of every room because this townhouse turned out AMAZING!! I scrubbed every square inch of this home. It was re-listed & rented quickly! I was there until about 9:30pm & the photographer was able to get in the next morning 😊

Side-note: I know I’m on “vacation” but if anyone has an emergency or needs me, I’m still here to help 🥰 Feel free to reach out through this page if you need a service before my return date & I will see what I can do 🙃

Since the beginning of October, I’ve been working triple the normal workload to help my wonderful clients prepare & enjoy their holidays! It’s been a very busy & productive holiday season. It’s definitely time to recharge & enjoy some much needed family time🥰

My holiday vacation starts Monday, December 19th & I will be back working Monday, January 9, 2023!! My husband wasn’t able to get leave until the first week of January so I’ve extended my break an extra week so we can spend time together. Once I’m back, I will also be moving through the waiting list & accepting new clients😊 See y’all in January & enjoy your holidays!!

I’ve definitely been busy since returning from our anniversary getaway 🏖

Just wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you to all my wonderful clients & for the consistent support as I have grown my business again & improving despite any medical challenges.

As many of you know, I do have a medical disability with my spine & I’ve been living with daily chronic pain since 2009 after I first injured it in the Army. Most days it’s tolerable. At other times isn’t so friendly to me, but I will always strive to finish the job & leave your homes clean😊
