Dear valued customers and friends,
We have been struggling with having reliable phone service from our Phone Service Provider for over a year now.
Earlier this year we changed providers and our new provider installed a new line, the old line had broken down overtime and itβs operation was intermittent at best. Our old provider had a programing issue resulting in our voicemails still being routed to our previous voicemail box which was unknown to us and caused the voicemails to be divided between the two. This has resulted in many and at times most of our voicemails left by customers being lost or being delayed for long periods of time.
These problems have been rectified and should not happen again.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers. We will strive to provide you the best service that can and will be possible. Thank you for your continued patronage.
