😂 WE FINALLY GOT SETH OUT OF OUR HAIR FOR A WEEK!
We love our co-owner, but once that morning coffee kicks in, Seth is relentless. “What’s next?” “How’s it looking?” “Y’all about done?” The man can breathe down your neck from 100 yards away. 😂
So when a local business needed help with a difficult customer situation, we sent Seth in on a special mission: make it right—and don’t stop until the finish is perfect.
During roofing work, silicone/tar ended up on heavily oxidized siding. An attempt was made to remove it, but the scrubbing also disturbed years of oxidation, leaving noticeable streaks across the home.
That’s where we came in.
Our entire team initially performed an oxidation-removal process, but once everything dried, Seth still wasn’t satisfied with the finish.
So he went back to the drawing board.
And by “drawing board,” we mean Seth spent ALL WEEK hand-applying oxidation remover with a rag and hand-drying this entire home. 😂 Scrub. Wipe. Check it. Repeat. And repeat. And repeat some more.
It wasn’t the fastest solution. It definitely wasn’t the easiest. But sometimes having a servant’s heart means caring about someone else’s problem like it’s your own.
The siding had slowly faded from years in the sun, and after the oxidation was disturbed, there wasn’t an easy fix. Our goal was simply to get this home back to a condition the homeowner could be happy with.
And we did. 🙌
The homeowner is happy. The business that called us is happy. We’re happy. And Seth can finally put the rags down. 😂
Best of all, we were able to help another business take care of their customer and potentially avoid a much larger insurance claim.
That’s a win in our book.
