Due to a recent client I will be doing estimates in person.
All rates are based off numerous things when getting a qoute . Pets, last time serviced, amount of build up. Hours, supplies, travel time.
So please keep this in mind when you receive an estimate from a cleaner.
I personal use high quality cleaning products.

Payments are agreed upon before the job is started and payment is expected to be paid in full.

If the house happens to not be in the best condition please note its possible it may take 2 days to hit every item in the house to bring your house back to a standard living condition to be maintained. ( this could require an extra fee depending on the circumstances.

I have been cleaning for over 25 years with that comes alot of experience. Honest and hard working. My goal is to help others.

Move out cleans! Let's talk.
I love doing move out cleans due to the amount of detail cleaning that is involved. Yes it can be time consuming. The best feelings are the results! My goal is to help you sell your home or have to home prepared properly so the new owner has nothing to worry about.

Just need one room in your home full detailed. Well I also can do that. Unlike other cleaners, I love taking a room apart cleaning it from top to bottom. Then putting it all back together.
Sometimes we just have that one room that needs it. Maybe even several.

My experience speaks volumes! No I am not a TikTok cleaner. I have learned over 25 years the tricks and trades.

Pecan Grove Queen of Clean

Focuses more on detail cleaning of homes and family needs unlike other companies . With that said I only do one home per day to focus directly on that home. I want to have a relationship with my clients of trust with each other and be able to be transparent with their needs. I am independent/individual which means no one else will be in your home cleaning EVER.

Rates vary depending on size and what is needed. Supplies are included in price unless a client requests a certain product. All products and equipment is cleaned between home services.

Homes are to picked up and ready for service as I would like to focus on the scrubbing and detailing.
Families that request bi-weekly will have set dates moving forward.

Start times will be between 8-9.Due to schedule with children and be sure that I have plenty of time to complete a job and not be rushed.

All other clients will be filled in on open dates that are available.

With that said if weekends are available depending on schedule I will be more then happy to assist you. Though please know I do reserve weekends for family time and move out cleans.

Payment is due at time of service when the job is complete. I will be adding a fee for all payments that are not paid on same day service as this has become an issue.

I will always text you to verify that I am at the home and when I exit the home so you are aware of my coming and goings.

Please not that move out cleans are very detailed! Once items are removed from the house every detail matters. My goal is to make sure your home is either ready to sell or be put on the market.
This is a much higher rate due to the level of detail.

Just need a certain room completely detailed and pulled apart???
