New Image Cleaning Service is looking for an Office & Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team! 💙
We’re looking for more than someone who can answer phones and emails. We need someone who is ready to become an important part of our team and help keep our customers, cleaning technicians, and office running smoothly every day!

💻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You’ll help manage customer communication, respond to emails, support our cleaning technicians throughout the day, follow up with customers after services, update customer accounts and notes, communicate schedule changes, assist with office organization, help with administrative tasks, and support management with projects and daily operations.

🚗 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation are REQUIRED.
This is not a remote or work-from-home position. You must be available to work in our office Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
