I’m looking for a sharp, reliable person to help run day-to-day operations over the next 2 months (busy season: April–June).
What you’ll handle:
• 📱 Customer communication (text/email) — polished + friendly
• 🗓 Scheduling and job organization
• 🔁 Following up on quotes, messages, and open items
• 📋 Helping clear backlog and keep things moving
There’s a good amount to get organized, so I’m looking for someone who can step in and take initiative.
