🚨 WE’RE HIRING: Customer Success Assistant 🚨

We’re looking for a highly dependable, detail-driven, and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join the Salty Soft Wash office team!

This is a remote role (Richmond Hill, GA local candidates only) starting part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow into full-time within 6 months.

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Answering inbound calls, texts, and messages from customers

✨ Following up on quotes and turning leads into booked jobs

✨ Scheduling and confirming services

✨ Checking in with customers after service (“Happy Calls”)

✨ Managing CRM records and customer updates

✨ Supporting outreach and reactivation campaigns

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and gets things done with minimal supervision.

✔ Customer service or sales experience (required)
✔ Cold calling / phone communication experience (required)
✔ Remote work experience (required)
✔ Strong attention to detail + organization
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Must be local to Richmond Hill, GA

⏰ Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
