Did you know that if you’re seeing ants inside your home, the nest is usually not inside your kitchen?
Most ant colonies live outdoors and send out “scout” ants to find food. Once one ant finds a food source, it leaves a scent trail for thousands of others to follow. That’s why a few ants can turn into a full trail almost overnight.
🚫 Spraying the ants you see may kill a few, but it usually doesn’t eliminate the colony.
✅ The most effective solution is to identify the species, locate where they’re entering, and target the source—not just the ants you can see.
A few simple prevention tips:
• Wipe up sugary spills promptly.
• Store pet food in sealed containers.
• Seal cracks around doors and windows.
• Trim bushes and tree branches away from your home.
