A Note Regarding COVID - 19 (Corona Virus) and our commitment to customers.

We Wanted to let you know that we are considered an essential business and are continuing to repair & service swimming pools.

• The CDC has stated that the following: Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19, as well as mitigate the growth of pathogens and mosquito breeding grounds.

• The World Health Organizaton states the following: Controlling water quality is necessary to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases.

• Steps we are taking: Instructing employees to stay 6 feet from customers when it is necessary to communicate directly. Employees are keeping hand sanitizer in vehicles and other necessary cleaners. We are not requiring our employees to come into the office for any reason. We are always working to do our part in keeping our customers and employees safe.

clogged impeller

Air leak on the suction side of the pump causing it not to fully prime and just keep on struggling, overheating water inside pump, burning/deforming pipes and melting pump gasket.
Luckily it did not burned neither pump motor or cleaner pump motor.
