A big thanks to one of our leads, Cole, for overseeing this school’s many floor projects. Also, a thank you to Theo, one of our supervisors, for his oversight on other flooring projects and all the janitorial staff. We appreciate our hardworking team for the long hours and effort they put in behind the scenes. It’s work most people never see, but it makes a big difference.

$18+/hr • Monday–Friday • Full-time during school year & summer flexibility
We’re hiring a reliable entry‑level cleaner. Paid training provided. This role follows the school calendar, with scheduled breaks and holidays off. Position is not benefits‑eligible due to seasonal hours.
Approx. Schedule:
• Summer: ~9am–5pm (flexible part‑time option available)
• Sept–May: ~3pm–11:30pm with closures, weekends, and holidays off
(Times may vary slightly.)
Duties: Cleaning classrooms/restrooms and common areas, trash removal, disinfecting, assisting with floor care (training provided), and reporting maintenance issues. Full details in link.
Requirements: Reliable attendance, physical ability to perform essential cleaning duties, positive attitude, valid driver’s license, ability to commute to Minocqua. Background check required.

Right Shine Janitorial can provide cleaning quotes using a video walkthrough of your facility. (Video walkthrough quotes are ideal for many small to mid-sized facilities. Larger, more complex facilities require an on-site walkthrough).

Don’t have time to schedule an on-site walkthrough? Simply use your phone to record a quick video showing the areas you’d like cleaned.

There’s no right or wrong way to do it—and it doesn’t have to be perfect. Just walk through your facility and briefly show us the spaces you would like serviced. We can always follow up with questions if needed.

Helpful information to include:
✅ Desired cleaning frequency (2, 3, 5 days per week, etc.)
✅ Whether you need consumables supplied (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, can liners)

We are proud to announce that Right Shine Janitorial has been awarded the renewal of our cleaning contract with the United States Department of Agriculture office in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

A special thank you goes to Laura P. and Lora O., whose dedication, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail have played an important role in the success at this location. Their hard work helps ensure the facility consistently meets the standards our client expects and deserves. Laura also works to keep Charter NEX’s facilities clean.

Laura recently received a well-earned raise in recognition of her outstanding performance. Lora O., although relatively new to the Right Shine team, she has quickly proven herself to be a valuable asset through her professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to quality service.

We are pleased to share that Right Shine Janitorial has been awarded the renewal of our cleaning contracts for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources locations in Tomahawk and Rhinelander. We sincerely appreciate the continued trust and confidence placed in our team.

A special thank you goes to Jerald C., who has served as the primary cleaner at the Tomahawk location for the past two years, and Dennis M., who has proudly served the Rhinelander location for the past ten years. Their dedication, reliability, and attention to detail have played an important role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
