A wonderful note of employee appreciation from a valued client:

“Theo, who helps keep the Nicolet College campus clean, is awesome!

The Lakeside Market has been open on campus for about a year and a half, and I know I can make quite a mess of the floors while I’m prepping food. Our garbage and cardboard also seem to fill up quickly. This week, during two especially busy days, Theo noticed that our garbage and cardboard were stacked up and came in early to take care of it. I really appreciated that!

My boss also mentioned to Theo that she thought it would be a good idea to deep scrub the floor behind the Market counter. He got the job done that night! When I came in the next morning, I noticed the difference immediately. The floor looked so much better, and it really improved the whole area.

I got to see Theo that day and made sure to thank him personally. It is people like Theo who help make our campus a better place. He works hard, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in his work.

**Rock on, Theo! Keep up the great work!!**

How Often Should My Facility Be Cleaned? 🤔 One of the most common questions we get is how often your workplace should be professionally cleaned. Regular cleaning schedules can be tailored to your facility’s unique needs. Some facilities need daily attention, while others are fine with a few times per week. High-traffic areas like restrooms, break areas and kitchens usually benefit from more frequent service to maintain hygiene and comfort. Contact us to discuss a cleaning plan that’s right for you!

Just one of many showrooms, rooms and classrooms our team has completed this summer. These photos show the process in one classroom—from preparation, to stripping away the old finish, to applying fresh coats of wax.

A big thanks to one of our leads, Cole, for overseeing this school’s many floor projects. Also, a thank you to Theo, one of our supervisors, for his oversight on other flooring projects and all the janitorial staff. We appreciate our hardworking team for the long hours and effort they put in behind the scenes. It’s work most people never see, but it makes a big difference.

📹 Did You Know?

Right Shine Janitorial can provide cleaning quotes using a video walkthrough of your facility. (Video walkthrough quotes are ideal for many small to mid-sized facilities. Larger, more complex facilities require an on-site walkthrough).

Don’t have time to schedule an on-site walkthrough? Simply use your phone to record a quick video showing the areas you’d like cleaned.

There’s no right or wrong way to do it—and it doesn’t have to be perfect. Just walk through your facility and briefly show us the spaces you would like serviced. We can always follow up with questions if needed.

Helpful information to include:
✅ Desired cleaning frequency (2, 3, 5 days per week, etc.)
✅ Whether you need consumables supplied (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, can liners)
✅ Interest in periodic services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, or window cleaning

As an added benefit, you can use the same video to request quotes from multiple cleaning companies, saving you time and eliminating multiple walkthrough appointments.

⏱️ Many quotes can be provided within 24–48 hours.

📧 Email your video if size compatible or file-sharing link (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) to [email protected].

We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote.
