Someone once told me you have to choose which hill you die on. Get ready to fill out your reports on me, ‘cause I'm going to vent here. Frankly I expect some "unfriending" to happen and that is fine too.
I believe we all have the right to worship as we please, but I also know that our country, the United States of America, was founded on Christian principles. I believe we should be proud of our country. A quote is a quote; It should not be amended or watered down.
The news media should not be afraid to use the "Love of Christ" part. Answering “Why”, they state, “Because, using the words Christ or God might offend someone!” Well, now it's my turn to be offended!
I'm offended that the news media would edit it out. I’m offended that Christians are being asked to tread lightly, so as not to offend someone of another religion. This man, Jesus, loved God, loved his people, loved the world, and gave his life for the sins of ALL people so that those who “believe in Him, and accept Him as their personal Savior, will have everlasting life!!!”
This Founding Principle is actually embedded in our Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” Why would the left lopsided media continue to edit this truth?!
I hope every Christian or every person that believes in God who is NOT OFFENDED will copy this and paste it to their status...“If we ever forget that we're one nation under GOD, then we will be a nation gone under.” ~Ronald Reagan.
*Before you say it, I already know that a lot of you will say “I don't know how to copy & paste.” It’s easy... hold your finger on this post and when the word copy appears, just touch it. Then go to your home page and where it says "what's on your mind", touch it and hold your finger where you would start writing your comment and touch "paste”.
If we continue to do nothing so as not to offend anyone else, we will eventually be offended out of the constitution and out of a country!

Goodbye meta verse! You’re told to stay out of my personal info and pictures, and any private info of mine. A lawyer has advised all of us to post this or there might be legal consequences. As meta is now a public entity, all members must post a similar statement. if you don’t post this at least once. It’s assumed you’re allowing the use of your personal information and photos. I do Not give you permission to use any of my data nor photos. If you’re thinking about leaving Facebook due to excess sales ads and spam , you can upgrade your system by coping this post and pasting it to ‘what’s on your mind’ field. Goodbye annoying ads, hello to new and old friends! IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Hope so, can’t hurt! 🤷🏼‍♂️

Law on catalytic converters begins in August

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A law addressing issues related to catalytic converter theft will start on August 1, 2023.

It will charge people with criminal penalties if they own used catalytic converters that are not attached to a vehicle or supported identification information.

Owning one catalytic converter will be counted as a misdemeanor, two as a gross misdemeanor, and three or more as a felony.

The law will also make scrap metal dealers keep and check records of catalytic converters.

It will require sellers to prove that they own the catalytic converter along with their vehicle.

This is because reports of stolen converters have increased over the last several years.

On Sunday morning, Deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of someone breaking in and gunshots at a trailer park in Harmony Township, Ohio. A gunman inside the trailer had fatally shot a relative prior to their arrival, and when the deputies entered to check the interior of the mobile home, they were met with a barrage of gunfire. Deputy Matthew Yates was gravely wounded and went down inside the trailer. The gunman actively fired on any officer that tried to get to the trapped deputy. It would be over two hours before special operations units were able to storm the mobile home and extricate Deputy Yates in an armored car. He was airlifted to the hospital but did not survive his wounds. His killer died at the scene and the trailer was set ablaze.

Deputy Matthew Yates was a 15-year veteran of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and leaves behind a wife and three children. Matt chose a life in law enforcement by following in his father’s footsteps, who retired from the same agency. Humble, compassionate and giving were just some of the words used by his friends to describe the fallen deputy. They were lifelong traits that he brought with him into his career as a Sheriff’s Deputy. If you had the pleasure of meeting Matt, he would always greet you with smile and a handshake, and you would leave feeling better having shared even a minute with him. He was 41 years old.
