Our engineering team recently helped a client fix a leaky windowsill at their Medical Office Building. The entering moisture was causing damage to the sheetrock and creating a larger issue. Our team diagnosed the situation and helped not only stop the leaking, but also repair the sheetrock damage. Way to go Spruce Engineers!

Daylight Saving Time struck over the weekend, which always comes with mixed feelings. We'll all get used to it; we always do. But regardless of individual feels on the hour jump, DST makes for a great reminder to take care of a few important seasonal maintenance tasks around your facility.
