Our multi-purpose room provides a community atmosphere for tenants' activities. Our well trained staff is dependable, friendly, and responsive to the needs of our residents. Westview Estates provides an opportunity to maintain the highest possible degree of independence within a secure, caring community of friends and neighbors. All interior and exterior maintenance is provided including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. Each tenant has an easy to use Lifeline emergency response system. All apartments have centrally located, locked, individual mailboxes. A well lighted, paved parking area is provided for tenants and guests. The building also features attached and detached garages for tenants. The building has a security system with controlled access for each tenant, and procedures that enhance the well-being and overall security for tenants. Every other week the apartments are cleaned by housekeeping. This consists of cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and vacuuming. Yearly the carpet is shampooed.
