Was out checking traps on a property that I’m trapping beaver on and came across this guy I found him curled up in a ball sleeping next to this deer blind just goes to show you never know what you will find/see when out in the woods

Currently trapping squirrels for a customer. The customer has been having problems with them getting in his house. I set up some live traps, I currently have removed and relocated 7 squirrels. But had a very unique surprise today I had a opossum in my squirrelinator trap, the trap is a colony style live trap the crazy part is that the doors on the trap are only 4 inch’s tall by 3 inches wide and this wasn’t a real small opossum so I’m not sure how he even made it through the door but he did it.

Doing some trap modifications I’m adding some J.C Conner trap jaw addition on the Duke #2 Dogless coil spring traps getting them ready for the fall got 9 done bunch more to go then they will be ready to be boiled and waxed then it will be onto the Duke Dogproof traps I will make another post on them when I start working on them. Can’t wait to be able to put some steel in the ground
