Cold weather is on the way. Time to insulate your exterior water pipes. It's much cheaper than fixing a pipe that has burst.

Hi roots are on the move it is time to take action. Roots dislike copper. There are products that will help keep them at bay. The main thing to look for is copper sulphate. Flush a cup on the first of every month just before bed "don't use any more water till morning ". This should help. Don't wate till you have a backup by then it's to late. The farm supply should have it.

Yes it's that time of year I can tell because I have had to remove the ice from my windshield the last few mornings. When the water in your pipes freeze it explains and bam it burst . One thing you can do is to let one of your fixtures drip just a little. Moving water is harder to freeze.

Hi I am home.I had a great vacation San Francisco was just buttaful the weather couldn't have been better. I could see the bay from my room and watch the ships come and go,and the food was so good ate way to much.
