Hello Pete! I did make it to the property and took a look and some measurements . Quite a parking structure. I Wanted to chaat briefly and open them t on the exact scope of the work and how I took the measurements. Measurements are approximate and will lean wards forgiving for the property not over. Inside the gate I noted 3 areas of 25x25. Outside the gate could be as much as another four 25x25. Taken all the way to the sidewalk would be even more. Down your first run I measured 66x135. Going down to the right was 40x25. Then three proceeding measures all aprox the same. This did not include the concrete beams that support. the structure or any adjoining rooms in throught the parking area. Overall everything visible was well over 30000 sq ft. You mentioned two levels over the phone and we went clear of anything outside the gate. I propose a total cost of 5500.00 for everything A to Z. I'm sure to be well under any competing bids for the same sq footage. If you wanted half front to back you could cut that in half. Straight forward pricing as such fourth. Obviously I would have a ton more questions for you and would need to schedule a more in depth walk through with you personally. I would be running 2 3500 psi with 20 in surface cleaners simutanis. Both jetting straight down with a solution that we can discuss beforehand. Also commercial jetted 4 ft. Turbo wands for the cornerwork and tight areas. The timing and payment arrangement would also need further examination. We will surpass expatitation in quality of workmanship and price. I am flexible on the hours of the day the job is to be worked to avoid disturbance to the guests as well as to what is being cleaned when.
