And now the Janitorial side of our business. This was an eviction on a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Standard cleaning on a unit like this is $150 for cleanings like this we have the upcharge for excess trash out at $100 and the property management asked for a paint prep and baseboard cleaning which we did for an additional $275 for units withing the square footage size. All of our prices are flat rate that ensure that no matter what you have us clean we follow a standard list to make sure you get the A+ grade.
