The Role
As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. This role starts with hands-on training and progresses into advanced installs, system modifications, and growth opportunities as your skills grow.
This is not mindless labor. Every home is different. Every roofline presents a new challenge. We need someone who enjoys figuring things out, working precisely, and making sure the final product is clean, functional, and built to last.
You’ll be trusted to uphold company standards, work safely at heights, communicate with the crew, and contribute to jobs being completed on time and at a high level of quality.

Starting Pay: $18-24 per hour, W2
