K&C Services is a commercial cleaning company serving the KC metro area. We are looking for skilled and experienced cleaning technicians, but also willing to train you.

We are hiring multiple positions to meet the needs of a new contract. This position will be responsible for cleaning unoccupied homes prior to tenant move-in.

BONUS PAY: We provide bonuses for quality and efficient work. Bonus pay can be earned for each home cleaned and can increase your hourly rate to $25 an hour.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.
Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
Must provide own transportation. *We do have a ride share program with other cleaning technicians*
Must be able to pass a background check

We are looking to hire a few part-time cleaners. We mainly focus on commercial properties (offices, break rooms, conference rooms, etc.). We also do homes under property management companies - they are empty and we clean prior to move-ins.

Must have own vehicle. If you are needing a ride, we can work out those details in the interview.
