Don't get to deal with these bats very often. These are solitary bats and so do not form colonies. It is a Hoary bat, which is one of my favorite bat species. and good-looking bat! This one was on a customer's car and when he got into his car pushed the button to pull back the sunroof and the bat feel into the car! We came out to save the day and the bat. Everyone was happy!

Here is why bat work is very detailed work. Blake found these points of entry points in the brick. The bricklayer when he was doing this brick work probably had the cement a little too wet and it slid down before setting up. Thus allowing, eventually bats to find this flaw to gain access into the attic. Bats are RELENTLESS!!!
Kudos to Blake for finding this.

Raccoons in the attic!!!

Tis the season for raccoon! We remove the adult and then all the baby raccoons. Then do all the repairs necessary to keep them out for good.

Then if needed we do the cleanup. We remove all the contaminated attic insulation. Deodorize and disinfect the entire attic. Then install attic insulation to the proper R-Value to save on heating and cooling bills.
