HappyWednesday, everyone! I've got a super important announcement regarding Lovely Vieux Cleaning Service!
Effective May 1, I will be stepping into a purely managerial role and away from cleaning personally. This has been a decision that has warred within me for quite some time, but I have come to the realization that I need to listen to my body and the many many signs it has given me that this is becoming too much.
That being said, we don't intend to let any of our current clients down! I care an incredible amount about each and every one of our clients which is why this has been such a difficult decision for me. However, I have two truly amazing young ladies who work for me and do a terrific job. Lilly, as you all know, is my daughter who has been working for me for almost a year and a half now. She's had an incredibly packed schedule, but recently had just a few spots open up so I will choose appropriate houses to fill those gaps in her schedule. Secondly, I have Tiana who has been working alongside me for the last three months. Tiana is super reliable, self motivated and has already impressed me with her attention to detail. She will take over the remainder of my houses. Over the next few weeks, I will talk to each of you individually about this, as well as work on making sure the transition is as seamless as possible. I really hope you all will give the girls the same chance as you gave me because if I didn't think they were great, they'd never make it into your home.
I'll still be here to assist with questions, quality control, and scheduling. I'll still accept the payments and pay the girls weekly as well as provide them with all of the supplies they need to do the quality job you are used to. I am so thankful for what the last two years of running this company has been like, and I look forward to making sure that you are all still provided with the care and service you deserve.
