An Accolade to Custom Cleaning, LLC

What I love most about the partners and contract ladies of Custom Cleaning, LLC is their dedication to the LORD. Each one strives to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Our team excels at honoring one another. Our foundation Scripture is Philippians 2:3–4: “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself, let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.”
I love working alongside young mothers who are sacrificially prioritizing their lives to honor their husbands and raise their children in the fear and admonition of the LORD. As we head into our seventh year in business, I’m reminded of countless answers to prayer. We’ve combined our gifts, talents, and faith and have seen the LORD’s favor. We watch as He adds ladies to our team and provides jobs tailor-suited to each one. If a member of our team needs someone to fill in for a steady job, someone always steps up. Our long-term clients know they can depend on our company. We share cleaning tips and product recommendations to assist and encourage one another.
Together, we learn, adjust, and make business decisions as a unit. There is victory in many counselors! We pray for one another, and we pray over business decisions. Each person has a heart to give back and bless our community, thankful for the work God provides. We have offered free cleaning services to several foster families and to a dear friend battling cancer, and we have made donations to Creekside Christian School. We have worked long, hard hours beside one another to complete large final construction cleans, enjoying the fellowship as much as the work.
Because we value family and children, our business offers paid childcare for those who clean. Over the years, our six partners’ families have grown to include 18 children! Our husbands and parents play a vital and cherished role in making our company successful. Cleaning is truly a ministry. We have gone into homes and businesses we would never otherwise have had the opportunity to enter. We share the gospel through our lives, our work ethic, and our kindness. I am filled with gratitude and respect for each person on our team. May God continue to bless Custom Cleaning, LLC with His favor, His plan, and His way, all for His glory!
