When a prospective client tells me that it only takes them 2 hours and 15 minutes to clean their 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 4800 square foot home and it takes me 1.5 hours and NINE (9) full canisters to clean your floors before I can mop them.....and you only want to pay me minimum wage for 2.5 hours when in reality it took me 5 hours to complete the entire home and I refuse to leave until you pay my fairly earned fee.....

Hello everyone! OCD CLEANING is going through a bit of an unexpected growth spurt and looking for some experienced cleaners to come on board!

As soon as August 1 hits, we will begin training. I would even be willing to start before then for the right person(s). But you need to be able to work with out much training as we are IN IT right now lol!! I am looking specifically to fill these positions

★Residential Home Cleaners★

-Monday-Friday 830am-230pm most days
-Beginning pay is $17.50/hour and travel time
-Must have own daily work vehicle
-Looking for 2 more people who can handle 30-35 hours a work week.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
★Vaca-Rental Cleaners★
4 separate positions here-
-Need 2 people for Weekends only, 6 to 8 hours/day
-Need 2 people for Mon-Friday only, 6 to 8 hours/day
-Beginning pay is $17.75 with gas perks and a bit of travel time
-Must have your own daily work vehicle
(Start/end times follow checkin/out times. It depends on if we are in town local or need to travel to clean. Most of the time 830am-9am start times and most must be done by 4pm. It depends on the day and our load.)
While we do slow down after Rally, this year it won't be slow by much. I am looking for folks that want permanent full-time cleaning jobs to commit to. We work our hind ends off, but the pay out rocks!
If you are interested in something like this, send me a text! I am willing to wait, negotiate, flex for the right people. I'll make it worth it if you do too!
